Fast growing, spreading tree reaching heights of 5-8mtrs. Known for its creamy-textured, nutty flavoured fruit

Dwarf Avocado tree ideally suited to small backyards. Known as 'Little Cado' this really is an ornamental edible with a healthy fruit cropping for- months/year. Are considered one of the finest avocadoes with rich, tasty flesh.  

Being heat & drought tolerant, grow to 3-6mtrs.  Favoured for it's creamy, dense and smooth consistency fruit.

Firm in texture, even when ripe and have a neutral taste that compliments both sweet & savoury dishes.  Acompact tree 3-5mtrs.

Astringent & best suited to cooler districts, Nightingale is an upright, heavy bearing tree with lovely flavoured big sized fruits, ripening mid season. 

Astringent semi-upright tree and grows to about 2–5 mts.  Produces

medium-sized, rounded fruit with glossy orange-red skin and rich, dark flesh.

Astringent variety, distinct elongated dome-shape and a wonderfully smooth, bright orange exterior fruit.

Non-Astringent lush, vigorous tree that can grow 2-5mts tall.  The fruit is small to medium sized and is round & deep with a notably deep red-orange colour when ripe.

A round and bushy fruit tree, known for producing large, round fruits with yellow skin. The flesh is pale yellow, juicy, and has a sweet taste. Known for its large, oval, white-fleshed juicy fruits which form in clusters and possess a deep yellow skin, similar to other loquat varieties, but they ripen slightly later in the season. The flavour is outstanding, characterized by a bright and sweet profile when fully mature. 

Considered the finest Japanese variety, boasting deep orange flesh, a high flesh-to-seed ratio, and a very sweet flavour. It is the earliest variety to mature. Thinning the fruit can improve the size of the harvest. In subtropical climates, the Nagasaki Wase typically yields two crops annually: the first in April or May and the second in August. 

This new evergreen variety stands out as the earliest fruiting lychee tree, yielding crops as soon as November. The fruits typically weigh between 30-40 grams.

The Chom Pogo Lychee is a beautiful evergreen, dome shaped tree .

Pogo produces a beautiful bright red fruit that can reach up to 70g in prime conditions.

A mid to late fruiting variety the fruit also has an extended holding time whilst on the tree.

A mid-season variety, is distinguished by its vibrant red to pink fruit and a notably small seed, often referred to as 'chicken tongue.' This variety thrives in subtropical climates. While it needs protection from frost and strong winds in its early stages, the Salathiel lychee becomes more resilient to harsh weather conditions once established.

Arbequina Olives are known to produce wonderful oil and also to be fantastic table or snacking olives. Highly productive in sub-tropical conditions, with a beautiful weeping habit as the tree matures.

A very good option for a small orchard as they are attractive and grow and produce well.  It produces delicious high quality fruit that are ideal for pickling to snack on and for the table. 

Arbosana Olives also have a high oil.

An Italian variety that is renown for its early start to bearing, high yields and high quality oil.

It produces a small/medium sized fruit that can be pickled both green and black.  It is an adaptable tree that is a proven performer in both warm and cold climates.

It is tolerant to frost, coastal conditions and salinity.

The Moroccan Olive, an evergreen tree, is renowned for its resilience and adaptability. It is favoured for its lustrous green leaves, graceful white blossoms, and its capacity to flourish in diverse soil conditions and climates.

Trees grow to be 4 – 6 meters tall at maturity 4.5 – 6 m spread.

Koroneiki olive trees are self-fertile but typically yield best with multiple Koroneiki or other varietals such as Arbequina.

Fruits are small, but have high oil content around 22%.

Is the most widely planted variety in Australian productivity with high quality fruit & oil. 

 It is considered by many to be the best dual-purpose variety available. 

 The tree has a low, spreading habit and it can grow up to 10mtrs tall, but most stay at around 5mtrs for ease of harvesting

The 'landscapers choice', the Picual olive tree has dense attractive silber foliage & typically reaches approx 6mtrs at maturity.  With regular pruning however, it can be easily maintained at a height of 2-3 mtrs.
